Mr. Judge is an International M&A and securities lawyer specializing in corporate restructuring. He is well known to the London investment community as a corporate lawyer with extensive business management and corporate development experience having held numerous public company directorships and more recently having been engaged in the establishment or corporate development of oil and gas, mining and technology companies in the United Kingdom, Middle East, USA, Australia, Europe, Canada, Latin America and South East Asia.

Mr. Richard Mazur, P. Geo, MBA is a geoscientist who has held positions in the international exploration and mining industry for over 30 years as a project geologist, financial analyst and senior executive on uranium, gold, base metals, coal and industrial minerals projects in North and South America. Mr. Mazur worked over a ten year period (1974-1984) as a uranium exploration geologist in Saskatchewan, Nunavut, Yukon, Ontario, Quebec and the Maritime provinces for Pan Ocean Oil Ltd. Currently he is also a President, CEO and Director of Forum Uranium Corp. and a Director of Alto Ventures, Impact Silver Corp. and Tanqueray Resources Ltd.

Mr. Mazur graduated with a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Toronto in 1975 and obtained an MBA from Queen's University in 1985.

Mr. Koziol is the President and CEO of Alto Ventures Ltd. He is a geoscientist with 30 years of experience exploring for gold and base metals in the Canadian Shield. Mr. Koziol has been responsible for a number of gold and base metal discoveries during his exploration career with the Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation and Cameco Gold Inc.
