Robert joined the Hamilton Resource Group as CFO in April 2010. Prior to joining the group, he served as a manager of six junior mining public companies for a mid size Chartered Accountant consulting firm, previous to that he served as the corporate controller for three of Hamilton's junior mining companies and worked as a senior auditor at a mid and a large sized accounting firm. Robert has a broad range of experience through many sectors, including mining, film and television, technology, corporate and personal tax and owner managed companies. He has a wide range of skills dealing with public company reporting, IPO's, prospectuses, due diligence and business plans. Robert's skills were gained through articling at Staley Okada & Partners Chartered Accountants and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is currently the CFO of Forum Uranium Corp.

Mr. Beamish has over the last 5 years been CFO of up to 5 publicly traded mining companies, at various stages, as well as providing advice at various times to 4 other publicly traded mining companies. The previous 12 years, he was involved at both an operational and corporate level within Stern Partners holding the titles of Controller, Treasurer and Financial Analyst in private companies. Mr. Beamish obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC and his Certified General Accountant designation in Ontario. He is currently the CFO of Brazilian Diamonds Ltd.

Mr. Bey has been involved in Investor Relations and Corporate Communications with several publicly traded junior mineral exploration and oil and gas exploration and production companies. He currently represents the following Hamilton Resource Group companies: Brazilian Diamonds and Gulfsands Petroleum. Mr. Bey is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (USA) and he is a Board Member of the BC Chapter of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute.

Ms. Collins is a Securities/Corporate Finance Paralegal with over 21 years experience as a legal administrator, corporate secretary and paralegal at both independent and national law firms, and with public resource companies. She specializes in the preparation, finalization and filing of all securities documents for US and Canadian foreign and domestic issuers with Canadian and US securities regulators, including all continuous disclosure documents.

Mr. Pickartz has an extensive background and experience in marketing, communications, and information technology in various industries and higher education. He specializes in the areas of investor and public relations, product marketing, and project management. Mr. Pickartz holds a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University.

Mr. Schmidt is a Certified Management Accountant with over 24 years experience working in the mining industry for exchange listed corporations. He is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Alto Ventures Ltd. and Midnight Sun Capital Corp. both of which are TSX-V listed corporations. Mr. Schmidt has held positions with Skye Resources Inc., Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. and Gibraltar Mines Ltd. During his career Len has been involved with mineral production and projects in Guatemala, Mexico, Chile, Costa Rica, US and Canada. He has participated in numerous equity and bank financings, corporate mergers and acquisitions and domestic and international tax matters.
